Officer Jared Lorenzo Graves is facing two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, one count of misconduct in office and one count of delivery of marijuana.
Investigators say Graves forced a 24-year-old suspect to perform fellatio on him under the threat of arrest. Officers say it was over a possession of marijuana charge that he was threatening her with."
