Whitney Houston's Passing Prompts Call For Drug Policy Reform - Toke of the Town

(Blogger's note: I disagree with these deaths named being used for the argument to "legalize drugs". I agree with the premise the argument is based upon but for starters the circumstances behind each death - especially the still unknown status of the cause of Whitney's death - are off base for any merit. Yes, readers, I'm disagreeing with an argument in favor of the cause. Let's be real if we want people to take us seriously. This can be knocked down in so many ways. #1 Michael was murdered. #2 Amy Winehouse would have been in the same predicament as she already was if it was legal "like in Amsterdam" or not. Britain, London to be exact, where she died has similar marijuana policies, etc. ....... two down, and unknown cause to go. Need I say more? Holes everywhere in this!)

Whitney Houston's Passing Prompts Call For Drug Policy Reform - Toke of the Town: "Over the weekend, as news of the tragic passing of Whitney Houston spread, speculation about the cause of death and the award-winning singer's history of drug use caused many people to reconsider our nation's failed war on drugs. Among them was fellow singer Tony Bennett, who called on attendees of a pre-Grammy gala to join him in the fight to end drug prohibition."
